I left Russia a few years ago and I now live in the EU. And lately it's starting to feel like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. While my own motherland wants me either in a trench or in jail, Europe is also trying its best to ruin the lives of Russians fleeing Russia who now live in the EU. Why do sanctions that are supposed to affect 'Russian oligarchs' only affect regular people trying to leave Russia?
