• Introducing the Italian Sausage Breakfast Cristo Sandwich! LOL
• Started with ¾ of a pound of our homemade Venison Italian Sausage, 4 strips of bacon, 3 eggs, white American cheese and 2 large slices of sourdough bread.
• Set up the Blackstone with everything on medium and started the bacon.
• Once bacon was close to done, put on the Italian sausage and smashed this similar to the shape of the bread.
• Once the sausage was close, we made the egg bread (French toast).
• Once complete added the cheese and built the sandwich and enjoyed!
Summary: What a breakfast or anytime sandwich! I love our venison Italian sausage to start with and then add some homemade bacon and other quality ingredients and you have a great meal! Use your imagination and make a great sandwich! Cheers!
