When Olivia was born at 27 weeks, her fight for life began with a tracheostomy at just 3 months old. With care teams at OHSU and @childrenscolo by their side, her parents Gary and Kathryn faced the challenges of 24/7 medical care — and turned them into a mission.

From their struggle came Hello Nurze, a nonprofit connecting medically complex families with in-home nurses and raising awareness for kids like Olivia, who are so much more than their diagnoses. 💙
