This was a bonus that we were lucky enough to receive from Talita "Treta" Nogueira. Taleta is an IBJJF World Chamion and undefeated MMA fighter. She gained the nickname Treta because the English translation is the name of her favorite punk band that she tattooed on her body. Since she was assisting Renan Vital with the photo shoot she shared this little trick. Enjoy!
Keep in mind that if you don't bring your arm up and over both of your opponent's arms and secure the elbow, this move won't work. Check out more in issue #21.
