This is a short film I created for a project in my German class, similar to the projects I did for my Video Applications class two years ago, such as the Creepy Guy in the Woods series. "Isarus" is a Jurassic Shark spin-off set several months before the events of the third film. As it incorporates various elements of the German language and ties them in with the story, it also delves into the background of a group of characters set to debut in the final part of "Jurassic Shark III: The Revolution", as well as one of the film's main antagonists, a German extremist named Rainer Koffman.
This is actually our first project to feature entire scenes spoken in another language, as well as our first short film (outside of the Bread's Crumbs series) since the release of "Dr. Troubleshoot" in May of last year. Unfortunately, that film proved to be largely unsuccessful, as it was a rather rushed production and all material related to it on my channel was dislike-botted.
To make this clear: this is NOT a sequel to "Jurassic Shark III", meaning it does not act as a fourth installment, but instead a prequel to the third film itself. The primary reason I sought to do this project was because it offers more background on the "rogue employees" - a set of characters who will be introduced in the final part of "Jurassic Shark III", which will also be the series finale as well.
Premise: Set several months before the events of "Jurassic Shark III: The Revolution", the corrupt InGen employees strengthen their forces and continue the construction of the Bombshark, while a rag-tag group of rogue militants, all of them former allies of the employees, join together to undermine their operation without being exposed. Yet one employee, Rainer Koffman, discovers their intentions and goes on a mission to crumble their revolt - prompting the rogues to try and cover their tracks and disappear once more.
