I don't run MM so I wouldn't know. Anyway, this trick is pretty finicky, so I'll tell how to do it:

Get the ledge clip
Hold Z for about a second, then let go
Wait for the camera to stop panning
Buffer drop for one frame
Hold downright for one frame
Hold left and buffer jumpslash.

Be careful because you might fall off. (really easily actually)
