My internet connection sometimes slows down, Spectrum, my ISP, keeps telling me this is not true. But if I run the test at speedtest.net, the speed mysteriously bumps up while the test is running, and for a short period thereafter.
I realize the difference isn’t too great here, probably because I’ve been tinkering with it all morning. But there *is* a difference.
Coincidence?
