When you calibrate Glycon (starting in v40), Glycon expects trackers to be located in these positions, and this video shows why.

The only requirements are that you have three (two hands and a head), and those can be HMD and hand controllers, or any mix of trackers.

Beyond that, Glycon expects feet and arms to have paired trackers. So, you either put a tracker on each elbow or neither elbow. Each foot or neither feet. Each knee or no knees.

And then you can also have a waist and a chest tracker.
