Is Darth Maul A FRAUD?

Maul vs Vader happened and uhh… yeah. I think before I can go on about Maul's strength I need to address the obvious elephant in the room, that being his performance in Shadow Lord. Upon first glance you’d be genuinely laughing at Maul's performance as he’s losing to random Jedi, along with somehow struggling with the same Inquisitor that Ahsoka beat without a damn Saber. And the other Inquisitor that helped him out was the same one Ahsoka ended up defeating. On top of this, he accomplishes pretty much nothing against Darth Vader, even when being put in a 3v1. But, like I said, this is upon first glance. Maul throughout the show was pretty weakened physically as his leg injuries prevented him from legit generating any of his actual strength, which is stated by Sam Witwer. Not only was Maul never able to generate his full strength but his injuries got worse as the show went on. Yeah he could still somehow jump on walls even after showing the ability to barely walk, but Maul can just simply be thugging this out while also being possibly boosted by adrenaline. This doesn't mean Maul isn't nerfed or that much weaker, meaning the Inquisitors having feats on him isn’t the end of the world. This is straight up a version of Maul that's nerfed and yet despite this he still does relatively well. Marrok as well specifically is stronger here since he doesn't get amped like Maul when he is revived between after Shadow Lord and Ahsoka, meaning the version of him that put up a fight with Ahsoka is weaker than the one Maul fought. Which makes sense given Maul was stronger than Ahsoka in their duel in season 7, and in rebels they are at the very worst rivals. Ima hold this for now. Devon and Daki are two characters who have shown the ability to perform well against the Inquisitors, and in Dakis case this is a lot more impressive because he’s weakened. I know I just got done calling them random jedi but it was because of the slander calling them that and not me. Daki and Devon only ever are competent against Maul after the fact he is weakened. Before his injury he unironically was mogging on these two worse than the inquisitors did and they weren't weakened against Maul either. Maul is on top of these 2v1s these guys and somehow holds his own while his legs are significantly more injured than before. I mean Daki somehow landed a hit on Vader which I doubt the Inquisitors themselves really could do, and like I said Maul is vastly superior to them. But again, Vader does not diffuse Daki Devon and Maul at once, so it's not like Maul has any real scaling to Vader in this show specifically, which is true. At the end of the day Vader is far more powerful than Maul, but that doesn't mean Maul doesn't have scaling to Vader. Similarly with how from a surface level viewing, Maul looks to be a Kenobi rival, it's much deeper than that. After his defeat back in Phantom Menace Maul was a broken mind, who sought out for nothing but vengeance. In these encounters against Obi Wan we know Maul was trying to specifically torture him and not just immediately kill him outirght, and we see this near the end of this fight where Maul just immediately pushes him back. These two as well would go on to grow significantly powerful and Savage himself has even overpowered Dooku, which is something Obi Wan himself can never accomplish. And what’s weird is the fact that Maul more than likely never got that much more skilled compared to where he was in Phantom Menace, since the same Maul that was fighting Obi Wan in clone wars only got back to his old skill once he attained the Darksaber. Meaning the Maul that fights Obi Wan here is nerfed + he’s trying to torture Obi Wan who’s also unbalanced because of seeing Maul. Even characters like Savage who were comparing Anakin and Obi Wan at one point were still someone who could only hope to reach Maul's tier, so it’s not like the stones weren’t already set for the Maul Agenda. At the end of the day Maul should simply be a force capable of combating with Vader at his peak, but ultimately would lose to him as he is the strongest force in the galaxy, with the exception of Sidious. It also doesn't help either that the Inquisitors not only have reported back to him about Maul's fighting style and weakness, but Anakin himself was training against Maul's style before even becoming Vader, a significantly more skilled being. Maul’s saber skill has always been kind of cracked so I'm not sure if he really got all that much better compared to like from Season 7 and Rebels, so that's just more to say that he definitely can't beat Vader. But he sure as hell could put up a decent fight against him, meaning he’d surpass any of the Jedi Masters in their glory days, including Anakin Yoda Mace Windu and yes, even Obi Wan Kenobi.
