Iron Maiden 'Wrathchild' style Em 80s heavy metal / rock guitar solo backing track E minor.

E minor pentatonic for the whole thing
This is an Iron Maiden style backing track, influenced by the solo sections in 'Wrathchild'. You can use this to work on the actual Iron Maiden Wrathchild solos (since there's a crap load of them!), or just to improvise over the aggressive chord rotation with your own ideas! The whole thing is in Em, although there's something interesting going on in the riff itself. It's based around Em (D sliding into E), but there's a D major arpeggiated tag on each riff rotation and the turnover is C5 then B5.
Guitar was a USA Charvel So-Cal through a Marshall JCM 800 Mk2 head, bass a Fender Jazzbass through an Ampeg SVT head.
