Brand new hard rock backing track after taking a short break :) This hard rock/metal track is based around E minor.. D and C. It rotates around the same idea with different intensity.
Key: E minor.
I'm pretty excited to publish this because of my new bass amp.. the Orange OB1-500. And wow... this thing sounds incredible! It's only got the gain up a little with the blend on 50%. I could swear it sounds like it's a bass tube amp amp cranked to 11.
The guitar sound is a USA Charvel with DiMarzios into a Soldano through a Kemper cranked to max. The bass is a brand new OB1-500 (as mentioned) DI'd into the desk.
SO YEAH.. this is the first after about a year break. I've been on the tour the band, been writing a lot. These backing tracks (I use my own product!) have been a godsend whilst on the road - allowing me to keep up my improv chops while sat in a stuffy hotel/motel room.
Another update too... I've had to use less (or more toned down) women in my guitar thumbs/screens. The whole premise to use "girls + guitars" actually came from my girlfriend. She plays a mean axe herself, and hates how it's always just 'dudes' who are guitarists - so she insisted that I use lots of hot girls playing guitars all over my channel to promote the growing percentage of ladies that also (like her) play a mean axe.
Unfortunately.. YouTube doesn't like this... and has clamped down on a lot of my videos... so I'm afraid for now, my thumbs have become somewhat more conservative. Sorry peeps!
