Recently the boss has complained that the Braava Jet no longer sprays as it mops. Which is no surprise given the size of the passages its only a matter of time before hard water or dirt can cause a blockage. Every owner will be dealing with this issue sooner or later, so its a good idea to know how to fix it. I stress before breaking into the device to remove the sprayer or some cringe-worthy idea of jamming toothpicks into the sprayer in a futile attempt to repair it, that the filter below the fluid canister be removed and inspected. This membrane filter is a likely culprit and mineral deposits will render it useless. Only After this filter is inspected and determined not to be an issue should one proceed with the opening of the unit.
