Oh look, another radio capture.
Recorded while DXing WHO-AM in Des Moines, Iowa. Expecting the classic "Iowa Emergency Alert System" test message led to a dissapointing 2 minutes of dead air. I would've included more stations' relays had our local primary relayed the test (clarification: they did not. this is pretty much my only recording of this month's test. The end-of-message tones were recorded via their online stream and synced up with VEGAS Pro 19. (Their online stream played ads during the headers, hence why they were taken from a different recording of this particular test.)
