So the 3rd video in re-purposing (for the better) ESP8266 modules to work with a home based control system including MQTT and Node Red. This is the last one in reprogramming ESP modules but not for IoT or Home Automation of course.
In the previous videos we saw how to reprogram the ESP8266 modules based on ESP01, ESP 12, and SONOFF modules, then I showed the basics of how they interact with Node Red and MQTT to get p and running and to automatically receive basic setup parameters.
This post looks at how to reprogram the SLAMPHER module to work with the system were building. This module is slightly different and requires a bit of SMD rework (Move a resistor), ill show you whats involved and then we will test it.
