The Key To Longevity? Introduction To Sirtuins | Metabolism, Inflammation and Aging

Sirtuins are deacetylase enzymes that have been found to have important roles in energy metabolism, regulation of inflammation and increasing longevity. In this lesson, we discuss the 7 sirtuins and some key targets of each. We then discuss some ways to activate sirtuins.
