The 'S.B.G-PRO' is a versatile utility module designed to flexibly integrate Eurorack systems with external audio equipment. Here we take a look at its features using the MFX Pedal to demonstrate.
It supports mono, stereo, balanced, and unbalanced input and output via 6.35mm jacks with level matching controls and clipping indication. The module features both direct and voltage-controlled equal power crossfading between wet and dry sources.
Additionally, an expression input, along with the included ‘floating ring’ cable and conditioned output, ensures safe, voltage-limited CV control of external devices from your modular system.
The module extends its sibling, the original S.B.G, by adding full size stereo balanced jack connections and voltage control focusing more on connectivity with not just pedals but also pro audio equipment including rack effects, 500 Series modules and mixing consoles.
The S.B.G-PRO is available alongside the original S.B.G, which is still available for compact pedal integration in mono.

Chapters:
0:00 - Intro
0:18 - Connecting the Send & Return
1:49 - Dry | Wet Mix CV
2:17 - Connecting to Expression Inputs
3:13 - Outro
Patch notes:
A simple track is made with beats from the Squid Salmple sequenced by Pam along with mellow stereo chords from the the CIZZLE's oscillator A. A warm stereo Juno inspired bass line is produced using the MCO's Virtana voice making use of its built in filtering and chorus. The full track is mixed down in stereo using the MEGA-TANG and patched to the Send input of the new S.B.G-PRO with its stereo 6.35mm jacks connected directly to the MFX Pedal's I/O and the return outs patched in to the HPO (main out). The gain of S.B.G Send and Return sections is increased followed by the Dry|Wet Mix to bring in flanging from the MFX Pedal. For greater variation, a triangle wave LFO from Pam is patched to the Mix CV input to smoothly modulate the blend of the FX. Finally, the CV is repatched to the Expression input for conditioning before continuing on via the included ‘floating ring’ cable to the MFX Pedal's Expression input assigned to modulate delay time.
