The Squid Salmple is a powerful 8 channel Eurorack sample player and recorder. In this fourth iteration of the Deep Dive series we take a look multiple techniques for working with break beats including BPM syncing loops, slicing and sequencing and half speed timestretching using the new Pitch parameter.
Patches in this video require at least firmware v188 which introduces the new Pitch parameter that allows sample pitch to be set independently of time. (visit: busycircuits.com/alm022 to download the latest firmware).
