The PHIUS certification is not just for new construction but can also be used to transform our existing housing stock towards advanced decarbonization, resilience, and health. This course will include an overview of the retrofit standard from Phius, and REVIVE 2024 will introduce the latest path for Phius retrofit certification.

Haley Harlow, Building Certification Manager - joined the Phius team as a Project Certifier in June of 2023 after serving as a technical intern for more than a year. She earned her associate’s degree in Architectural Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Building Science & Sustainable Design at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
