We can build and renovate all the green homes in the world, but what good is it if they are never valued properly?
This will be a one-hour overview of valuing homes with high-performance features. It will do a brief intro to the demand and anticipated increase in demand for these homes, valuation principles involving these homes, and reporting requirements. It will also offer additional resources for the attendees to utilize in their practice.
