I had a great interview with Jayme Lialdi. His youtube channel is Simply Vegan. His web site is iamjayme.com and his book is titled I Am Jayme. We covered his childhood diet, his transition to vegetarian and then vegan. We talked about supplementation, ethics, environment and social dynamics of being vegan. This guy is very grounded and believes in trying things personally first. Then one is in a position to make an educated review of it.
