I had a great interview with Dr. Pam. She goes over her early family's approach to diet and fitness. She talks about her transition from SAD to a plant based diet and all the benefits ensued. We get into social aspects of this approach along with ethical and ecological concerns.
If you are vegan or plant based, I'd like to interview you. Your experience and knowledge can help others. To participate in this project contact Paul at rawandcookedvegan@gmail.com
