After I posted part 2 we got a few more questions for Carlo so he kindly allowed me to do a Part 3 with him. What was going to be about 30 minutes turned into close to 2 hours. We covered more depth on raising vegan children, specific nutrients, water, racism, sexism, homophobia, virtue ethics and prominent proponents of the approach, animal ethics, running in Central Park NY and a variety of other topics.
