WEBCARGO LAUNCHES FILE MANAGER!
Ready to join the Cloud Computing revolution?
By now you've surely heard of WebCargo- it's the large file transfer system we use to get our clients and partners big files. With WebCargo, you can upload and send files (unlimited number of files / 2GB per delivery) and the recipient receives an email with a secure link and retrieves it. It's a service our clients love and it is NOT going away. But...
Now, you can share files with your Momo colleagues around the globe w/o having to send emails and such thanks to Cloud Computing. Our friends at WebCargo are now offering a way for us to save files to the "cloud" to be accessed online from anywhere, with an internet connection. With Webcargo File Manager, you can store up to 2.5GB of files in the "cloud".
So, starting today, you can now create custom folders that live within WebCargo and share huge files, all in one place. Take a look at Stephanie's File Manager below. We have also included a really easy-to-follow quick training video and guide below.
-From the mySite portal, click on the WEBCARGO tab on your main toolbar.
-Once you launch WebCargo, click on "File Manager" on the left hand tool bar.
-Click on "Create Folder" and then on "More actions", "Upload", to search the drives and create your own file in the Cloud.
-To share, simply click on the folder(s) you created and then click on "Not shared", to invite your Momo colleagues. They'll receive a direct link to that folder and can download immediately! Don't worry you can set permissions easily for each invitee!
-If you receive an email that you are invited to share someone's folder, the folder will appear in your "File Manager" automatically, under the "Folders Shared with Me" section.
Give it a shot! The testing team found it really easy to use and is LOVING IT!
