Intelligent Hoodlum(Tragedy Khadafi) was a Five Percenter black muslim rapper from the Queens Bridge projects. His debut self titled album was produced entirely by Queens natives Marly Marl & Large Professor. His pro black message was dominant throughout his first two releases on A&M/Polygram Records. The song utilizes James Brown's "Say it loud, I'm Black and I'm Proud" sample. In the mid- nineties Intelligent Hoodlum later changed his name to Tragedy Khadafi when he appeared on Capone & Noreaga's debut "War Report."

Miilkbone appeared on the underground hip hop scene backed by production from Mufi , Nik Wiz & Naughty by Natures own Kay Gee. Miilkbones debut release Da Miilkrate saw low sales when initially released in 1995. Miilkbone was eventually dropped from Capitol Records. He later reemerged in 2000 releasing U Got Milk? He was also featured on a Death Row Records compilation the same year.")
