King Tee hails from Compton, Ca and helped established the west coast hip hop scene in the mid to late 80's. King Tee is known to have influenced the late Notorious B.I.G (Biggie Smalls.)

Miilkbones debut release Da Miilkrate saw low sales when initially released in 1995. Miilkbone was eventually dropped from Capitol Records. He later reemerged in 2000 releasing U Got Milk? He was also featured on a Death Row Records compilation the same year.")

Primarily due to their east coast production as new artists coming out of the bay area.
