Tony D(Tony Depula) video for "Check The Elevation" from his 1991 album "Droppin' Funky Verses" on Island/4th & Broadway. Tony D. was a "Major" contributor as producer to the music behind Trenton New Jersey's Poor Righteous Teachers and other early 90's conscious hip hop artists. Such as YZ, Lakim Shabazz, The Crusaders For Real Hip Hop and King Sun. Tony D. was responsible for the original assembly of samples Naughty by Nature flipped for "O.P.P." In 2001 Tony D released two 12 inches "What You Say" & "Wizard Of Oz" on the UK label Grand Central. Tony D. passed away at the age of 42 in a car accident on April 4,2009.

Out of Oakland, California the two man crew underground sound spread through hip hop in the mid nineties. Just as their careers seemed promising The B.U.M.S failed to achieve commercial success. Primarily due to their east coast production as new artists coming out of the bay area. King Tech(Wake UP Show), and Joe Quixx provided the sonic back drop for their only full length release to date titled Lyfe N Tyme on Priority Records.")

Debut hit single from female gangsta rapper known as the Boss out of Detroit ,Michigan. Boss moved to Los Angeles to pursue a music career in hardcore hip hop. After recording countless demos and weeks spent in motel rooms the Boss eventually landed a deal with Def Jam West which had just started as Def Jams sister label dedicated soley to west coast hip hop.
The Boss released her only album in 1993 tilted Born Gangstaz with production by Def Jeff, Erick Sermon, MC Search, T-Ray and AMG whom she made her first appearance with on record. Her female dj Dee is featured on the cover of Born Gangstaz. Since then The Boss became a mother and in the late nineties she fully recovered from a kidney transplant.The Boss still records music to this day and performs and resides in her hometown Detroit.")
