(KUTV) The fruit of the vine at one of Utah's premier fine dining restaurants is coming to life again after years of dormancy. La Caille, located near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, is back in the wine making business. And, according to wine makers, this year’s crop is four times better than last year's.
The bottling is all happening in a little unknown room at La Caille.
