But at Rock Steady Boxing, patients are fighting back by throwing punches.
"Boxing is a total body sport," Sherri Bickley, owner and trainer of Rock Steady Boxing Wasatch Front in Riverton, Utah, said.
Boxers work on balance, range of motion, and more through the sport.
