(KUTV) The best of the best in Utah are getting ready for the Tree Climbing Championship this weekend.

The competition features the best tree climbers and arborists in the state competing for the coveted title of "Master Climber."

"You need to be in pretty good shape. It's pretty taxing," said Mark Malmstrom, who has won the championship four times.

There are five different events in the competition: the secure foot lock, aerial rescue, work climb, throw line, and belayed speed climb.
