This might be the smallest roastery I've toured yet, but they have their processes dialed. The Fix recently opened their new roastery and café concept, complete with Loring 15K Falcon. It's shiny and new, and super efficient - no roasted storage because it all goes out same-day. Take the tour, and come inside the roastery with me at The Fix in Madrid, Spain.

Huge thanks to The Fix for this tour, and also for allowing me to host a half-day roasting workshop earlier that same week. I even got to roast on this Loring with a small group of 12 roasters and roasters-to-be!
