This is a complete 3D breakdown of the Nova-class starship, covering Decks 1–8 in full detail. 🖖
The Nova-class was a Federation science vessel introduced in the late 24th century, designed for short-term planetary research missions. Originally envisioned as an evolution of the Galaxy-class explorer, its early design also served as a pathfinder prototype for what would later become the Defiant-class.
With the Defiant design shifting toward combat readiness in response to the Borg threat, the Nova-class retained its scientific role—but with significant tactical capabilities. Despite its smaller size, it was armed to defend itself and complete missions in contested regions.
Some Nova-class ships were constructed in the Sol system around 2370, making them a notable part of Starfleet’s next-generation science and support fleet.

![BLUEPRINT TO AI: Engineering Star Trek’s Advanced Neural Shader (VFX Breakdown)
Witness the ISO-STAR TREK workflow. This isn’t text-to-video; it’s Geometric Sovereignty.
We anchor the AI using Normal, Beauty, and Alpha passes rendered in 3ds Max/Blender, utilizing Nano Banana 2 as an Advanced Neural Shader. This ensures 100% character consistency and structural integrity without AI hallucination.
The Workflow:
Wireframe/Clay: Human-authored geometry.
Utility Passes: Spatial grounding (Normal/Alpha).
Neural Output: AI-driven texturing and cinematic lighting.
[Educational Disclaimer]
Follows 2026 YouTube Altered Content Protocol. This is a 2D-to-3D transformation. All underlying geometry is manually modeled; AI is used strictly for surface synthesis and lighting.
