Day 6 and our Fit Test Dummies are back to speed and agility. Question is, did they improve? Also, how do you calculate your maximum heart rate?
Maximum heart rate- Take 220 and subtract your age. Multiply by 85% to see your top limit, multiply by 65% to see your lower limit.
Verdict: This workout is hard and intense, and some days, like Shuna and David, you might hate it. Keep at it! You'll feel good later on, this is just an investment on the body you're working towards.
