Indian Club Lesson #7. Stance
The next stances to learn are:
Position 3. Back Position
With both clubs over your shoulder point your elbows to the sky and lift your chest without arching in the lower back.
You will need to use a hammer grip in this back position.
Position 4. Y Position
Lengthen your arms so the clubs are pointing to the sky with wrists above your shoulders. Lift up through your chest without arching your lower back. You will need to use a saber grip with the Y position.
These to positions are important points in casting the clubs.
