Just flutin' around on my bamboo flute. BTW, I'm a trumpeter, not flute player! I just posted a beatboxing flute video and thought I might want to play something more melodic afterwards, so this is it. ;-)
I'm kind of surprised how well the little Flip camera recorded the sound. It doesn't do worth a darn with trumpet sounds, but with the flute and a little post produced reverb, it doesn't sound too bad.
Anyway, I'm just messing around here with my favorite bamboo flute, I bought years ago from Erik the Flute Maker. He makes great instruments!

Here is my version of this very popular devotional Hindu song. I own probably 80 or so recordings of this one song alone. Ive always loved this melody and decided to finally make an arrangement of it, composing the accompaniment and performing each part. (Total of seven tracks were used). I will probably make some additional changes in the arrangement and may record it again. Anyway, this is how it stands right now. I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for listening!

Yamaha keyboard used for string and percussion tracks.
