Looks like you can get them with LED lights now: http://dreki.tech/studio-leds although I got mine from Amazon not AliExpress. Everything is a bit more expensive than when I bought it, unfortunately. On a side note, this is probably the worst video I've ever made as far as framing, narration and lighting goes. Hope you like it anyways.
At bare minimum, you could probably do something similar even cheaper with a few table lamps and some non flammable fabric. This however includes everything in one (stands, lamps, and soft boxes) so it is kind of a decent way to improve video quality on the cheap.
LED panels are better for vlogging and close up product shots but not necessarily as good at lighting a room: http://dreki.tech/neewer-led-panels
