We all can assume good intent. It is something that can help the way you show up for others in conversations. It is very easy to slowly let your view of others negatively change over time if you don't take the time to notice the intents you are assuming they have.
But the question is how to assume good intent? I suggest setting up a daily question that you can ask yourself regularly to help you align your actions more closely with the intents you would like to assume others hold. The question could be something like "Did I do my best today to assume others have good intentions?".
If you can implement a process of regular reflection, it is reasonably straight forward to improve your life by assuming good intent.
