A woman from Swindon, England, United Kingdom, says years of alcohol addiction culminated in ordering multiple bottles of wine to her home every night before she stopped drinking in 2020.

Karen Gray, 53, said she has now been sober for six years after returning to recovery meetings and completing a 12-step program, adding that her sobriety has transformed her relationship with her daughter and her outlook on life.
