An ex-LA skincare entrepreneur swapped city life for the Arizona desert after crippling anxiety left her afraid to leave home. Jen Podany, 41, now lives on a ranch with goats and chickens near Snowflake, Arizona, after leaving Los Angeles in 2024. She says life surrounded by nature has eased her anxiety and given her family a happier, quieter lifestyle.
