‌Grad Slam is a lively research communication competition that challenges UCSF PhD candidates to
present their research compellingly to a broad audience in 3 minutes or less.

Each of the ten UC campuses has a Grad Slam competition, and the top prize winner from each goes on to compete in the UC Systemwide Grad Slam event in May, hosted by UC President Michael Drake.
