I spent 12 years at uni and came out with 3 degrees
The most useful thing I know didn't come from there
It came from an old yogic text, and it's one line.
"For him who has conquered the mind,
the mind is the best of friends;
but for one who has failed to do so,
his mind will remain the greatest enemy."
Bhagavad Gita, chapter 6, text 6.
Your own mind can be your best friend or worst enemy.
It either works for you all day...
or it spends the day quietly picking at you.
While everyone is obsessed with Artificial Intelligence
The thing to double down on is Natural Intelligence,
which is being able to control your own mind.
So when your head starts having a go at you,
you don't have to believe a word of it,
and you're allowed to tell it to shut up.
You'd pull a mate up who spoke to you like that,
or he wouldn't stay your mate for long.
Your own head doesn't get a free run either.
Agree?
