Kinda funny story. I beat this 3 days ago essentially to be a placeholder 100th extreme, as I quickly lost patience waiting for Stasis and just wanted to have 100. I didn't intend on waiting to upload this, but Stasis finally got rated a few hours ago, so it seems like it worked out for me. I don't have to give this one any time with "100th extreme" in the title, and I'm grateful for that as I think this would be as forgettable as it gets. It's not a bad level at all, but by all metrics it really felt like a watered down version of the original level, Idols. Especially with gameplay, they made almost the entire level feel like the exact same layout, which in a way is quite impressive, but for me it made learning and playing through it a little boring. It is however significantly easier, and it's definitely one of the most accessible extremes I've ever played. I didn't find anything in the level to be challenging at all apart from the ship transition at 1:10, and the 57% wave (2:10). This doesn't have any staying power to me due to how much more memorable the original level is, but also there's nothing that's genuinely terrible about it as an experience. It's still a fine level that makes for a good beginner's choice.
