This is the classic "I'd Rather Go Blind" by Etta James. Recorded in 1967 on Chicago's Chess Records, it was also on the "B" side to "Tell Mama",(which I have included in this video) this song was performed in the 2008 movie "Cadillac Records" by Beyonce, who played the part of Etta James.
