Very wacky coincidence, actually. I never heard of this level when I did IDOL19 just last month. Despite feeling underwhelmed by that level, I was intrigued when I heard of this getting rated, and I found this to be much better. It's exactly what I think IDOL19 should've been: A celebration of 1.9, but specifically 1.9 GDPS and callbacks to previous works the creators made, without having gameplay feeling overly derivative like IDOL19 was. It still shares a lot of similar gameplay traits, but it felt like a much fresher experience and more memorable in general. There's not much I have to critique of it, but there are a couple of wave transitions, one at 50% (1:41), and the other at 81% (2:44) that don't work very well. It's also one of those levels that felt really easy to forget how to play whenever I got far from 0, but that's moreso my issue. I can't come up with anything else for it. It's well paced, fairly well balanced, and highly accessible. I didn't find this to be anywhere near extreme demon worthy, but I also wouldn't be that surprised if it managed to stay rated as such anyway. It was well worth the time nonetheless, and I'd happily recommend it.
