Ingredients:

Ice Cream (Base Recipe):
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup half and half (1/2 cup cream + 1/2 cup milk)
3/4 cup superfine sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if just making vanilla ice cream, add 1 tsp vanilla extract)

Yields: 4 cups

3 medium ripe avocados

Coffee Ice Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup superfine sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tbsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp hot water
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
