These Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes are super easy to make!

All you need is a boxed cake mix, the ingredients it takes to make it, and some ice cream cones.

Frosting Ingredients
1 cup salted butter softened
4 cups confectioners powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons half and half or milk
