In times where scientists are openly suggesting atmospheric manipulation as a way of fighting climate change, some believe this has already been going on for years. In this presentation, well-known geoengineering researcher Ian presents his take on this potentially crucial subject, while touching into other controversial social issues.
Ian says: “Weather Modification is finally reaching the mainstream consciousness. Few understand that it has been ongoing since the early 1980s. It is now reaching its peak, with very few days having clear sunshine at all. Despite the increasing awareness it is still little understood. I describe it as the simplest topic in the world, yet simultaneously the most complex. The simplest explanation is that planes are spraying chemicals into our skies which are blocking the sun. If so, the reality is that this programme must have many facets to it which affect our lives in many ways at both a personal and societal level, greatly affecting our physical and mental health.”
