In Winter 2021, contractors realigned I-5 southbound in Tacoma, WA so that two exits occurred from a single split.

It has since been removed. However, the collector lane remains for access to WA-167 (Exit 135), and as an on-ramp from Port of Tacoma Road (Exit 136).
