Description: Much like the bimodal flashing yellow arrow signals that I posted from Seattle, this right turn flashing yellow arrow signal in Auburn, just to the south, operates with a bi-modal bottom lens. Like with the Seattle signal, Im not sure of the advantage. But it is pretty cool.

I will update the description shortly with time-stamps. This video shows a very busy intersection in Washington DC (12th and Independence, one block south of the Mall), with lots of rather strange behavior. Not necessarily dangerous, but some of the permitted movements, and a lot of what drivers are doing, are very unusual for an American intersection.
