I’ve always said that large film sets, massive camera rigs, and massive crews were absolute overkill... but I was 100% wrong.
In this video, I take you behind the scenes of my once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work as a camera operator on the upcoming feature film, Father Son Time, a beautiful story about an autistic father and his neurotypical son. Beyond just the gear and the grueling physical reality of being on set, my time working with Director Josh Long and DP Antonio Cisneros had me rethinking what it means to be a creator in a world increasingly dominated by AI tools like Higgsfield. From storyboarding with AI to finding our true human value beyond subscribers and camera specs, this was an eye-opening experience that went much deeper than just hitting record.
