Every piece of music I write is one more opportunity to do something I've never done before. But, most times, that usually means taking at least one instrument to its breaking point.

I can't tell you how many cheap instruments I've bought with the intention of literally being them through performance. The hair on the violin/cello bows I have always look like they just woke up. 😅
